As many of you know, Greg Powell handles the Internet sales. He responds to a large amount of parts requests that we receive on a daily basis. He puts in many hours on the computer and phone locating parts, processing orders, and preparing them for shipment. Many times it's hard for him to keep up with the phone. Generally it's best to send your parts requests via the Parts Locator on this website. Most of our customers will receive their parts within two business days from the day the order is placed, excluding weekends.
